Who we are

Tomorrowband is booked through R-tists Booking Agency, a booking agency in Belgium. R-tists manages the data you send through this site.

Booking requests

The booking form asks for your name, email address, phone number and the details of your event: date, start time, venue, city and any extra info.

We use these to answer your request, check the band's availability and draw up a proposal or contract. Your request goes into the R-tists booking system, in the file for your event, and you get a confirmation by email.

We never sell data and only share it with the band or partners needed for your event. We keep it as long as needed for your request and your event, and as long as the law requires.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising pixels.

YouTube videos only load when you click play yourself, and then through youtube-nocookie.com. From that moment YouTube may process data under its own privacy policy.

The fonts come from Google Fonts. Your browser fetches them from Google, which sees your IP address in the process.

Your rights

You can always ask which data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Not happy with how we handle your data? You can contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
